Memperkenalkan dan mempelajari bunga sembah dan gerak Jurus Persilatan Cemara Bugis. Setiap ahli/pesilat mesti tahu dan menghafal bunga sembah dan jurus ini kerana ia adalah identiti persilatan yang perlu dipelihara.

i. Penyampaian Secara Teori

Menyampaikan maklumat/permulaan sejarah persilatan, bunga sembah dan jurus secara teori. Persembahan slide ‘power point’ serta demonstrasi oleh jurulatih.

ii. Latihan Secara Praktikal

Latihan diadakan di Gelanggang Pusat (pasir/tanah berumput) /Dewan Orang Ramai. Jurulatih akan melakukan demonstrasi pergerakan bunga sembah dan jurus persilatan yang sebenar dan pesilat/pelajar akan dipecahkan kepada kumpulan kecil.
